Do you ever wish you could just have a quick and easy afterschool snack that doesn’t take forrrrrevvvvvverrrrr to cook! Me too! Sometimes, I just need to get in and out of the kitchen in less than 15 minutes.
Good news, today’s recipe is just that! (and it’s sorta healthy…how cool is that?!)
Nochyo Nachos…here we goes:
1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Line a baking dish with corn chips (organic corn chips are the bestest). Then sprinkle some yummy shredded cheese on top of the chips. (I used cheddar, but you can use whatever kind you want.)
3. Add tuna on top of the cheese. Yep, straight out of the can.
By now you should have only spent 5.5 minutes on this recipe. Pretend your on a competetive cooking show where you only have 10 minutes to make this dish. You have 4.5 minutes left. You can do this!
4. Next chop up a green onion or two and sprinkle on top of the tuna. While you’re in the sprinkling mode, go ahead and sprinkle some more of that yummy cheese on top.
2.5 minutes left on the clock. Work with a sense of urgency!
5. Place in the preheated oven and broil for 1.5 minutes or until brown.
Time! Put your knife down.
Good job, Chef! Now you can enjoy some yummilicious Nochyo Nachos!
p.s. There is no recipe since this is sooooo easy. Just 4 ingredients unless you choose to add more. Happy Cooking!
