From Classic Culinary dishes to Team Building to Pastry Arts, our adult students will learn new skills and techniques, new cuisines, build confidence and equip themselves to cook, learn and grow in the kitchen and beyond. CookLearnGrow will continue to inspire and equip students of all ages. Come hone your skills, elevate your culinary and pastry game in our adult immersive, hands-on classes!
No allergy accommodations or dietary alternatives will be available. Instructors are from the popular cooking school, CookLearnGrow. A minimum of 8 students is required so invite a friend and learn & taste together!

Adult Pastrypalooza, (ages 19+) Six Week Series:
Want to take your baking and pastry skills to the next level? This six week baking and pastry workshop is just for you!
In this hands-on series you will work in small groups to learn and practice baking and pastry techniques that will knock your taste buds off. Join us as our Chef instructor guides you through techniques to create delicious delights from around the world.

January 16-February 27, 2023
Week 1: Celebrate the official month of lemons with lemon chiffon cupcakes! You will learn to make Lemon Curd that we will add to freshly whipped buttercream to top your tiny confections. Learn how versatile these ingredients can be as we build a berry trifle with these same ingredients and a few fresh berries.

Week 2: Pate a Choux is the base for great puffed creations and in this class, you will learn that it isn’t just for the French anymore! Wow your family and friends with this versatile recipe adapted to fit any occasion.

Week 3: Bring home a taste of Paris as you learn the art of macaronage in this class dedicated to the classic Macaron! In this class you will make French Macarons and while they are baking, we will create their delicious fillings.

Week 4: Travel the world with these international desserts. Play with Lady Fingers as you layer up an Italian favorite. Brulé your way to a taste of France and learn to put a Greek spin on another creamy Italian favorite.

Week 5: Chocolate!!! We saved the best for last. As if Chocolate souffle was not decadent enough, you will also create a variety of velvety chocolate truffles to tickle the taste buds.

Week 6 will be sweet as pie! In this class you will create American Apple Pie’s sexy French cousin, Tarte Tatin. This French version uses puff pastry as a crust. Learn how versatile a little puff pastry can be.
