In our afterschool classes this Fall, the student chefs are learning about farm to table and seasonal eating with pomegranates and pears.
One particular chef went home and practiced the salad we made in class on her family. Her mom sent us this email and picture of Chef Emiliana’s creation:
“Emiliana was super excited to make our dinner salad on Tuesday!!! and Wednesday! 🙂 She made our salad dressing from memory, came out delish. She’s really enjoying your classes.”
Excuse me, but this is the most beautiful salad we’ve ever seen!
