The weekend is closing and it was delightful: amazing morning at church, afternoon of good food and time spent with family, winding down the day to get ready for a very busy week.

The weekend was nonstop fun despite the rain on Sunday. I’m learning the weather is just like home; sunny one minute, downpour the next. Here a few pics of scenes from the Park Slope area; my neighborhood. Move your cursor over pic for description
. By the way, every scene was captured by foot…people here cannot believe we use cars at home for everything! The walks are really great b/c the scenes are so interesting and 95% of the time, beautiful. Walking is truly the best way to see the sights.
