It’s Good Friday and it is Good-beautiful weather, long weekend, healthy, loved and hungry! It’s been a little hard to be at the computer with all this gorgeous weather lately, plus getting started with teaching Shakespeare to 16 yr olds, helping with OAP, teaching cooking classes, participating in a trade show, dog sitting for friends and trying to get the grass mowed. All of this makes me hungry and thinking about menu ideas to celebrate Easter-(He is Risen :)) After having a hard time deciding what to cook, I finally said to myself-self, just put together several options and go with it. So I did. I seem to never take the easy road-what is up with that?
Hopefully, at least one of these dishes will inspire you and make it to your celebration table. As always, the recipes are a guideline…feel free to tweek as needed 🙂
