Cooking In The USA:
Take a geographical gourmet journey across the USA as we discover some of the country’s best loved regional dishes. From Florida’s famous key lime pie to Idaho’s comforting potato casserole; Hawaii’s Pineapple Upside Cake to Alaska’s salmon cheese balls. Students will experience a variety of dishes and cooking techniques and will even learn some geography along the way! Welcome packet with camp details will be emailed after registration. Farmer’s Market Cooking 

Join us this summer for a week of Cooking from the Farmer’s Market! Fairy Tale Food: Embark on a culinary adventure as we explore the food associated with some of the most well known fairy tales. Delve into Little Red Riding Hood’s basket and make some tasty muffins or whip up a tasty batch of gingerbread and discover why the Gingerbread Man was eaten.
