Payment in full is due at time of registration. A 50% tuition refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled camp date. No refunds are available within 2 weeks of camp date.
United We Bake! In recent years, a renewed interest in baking has swept both the USA and the UK due to television shows such as, ‘The Great British Baking Show’ and ‘The American Baking Competition.’ This camp builds on the Baking 101 camp, providing new recipes for young bakers to practice their pastry making, cookie baking and kneading skills. Baking 102: After this week long workshop, CLG campers will know how to create tarts with yummy fillings and toppings, work with meringues, decorating with piping and more! Christmas In July!
It’s never too early to celebrate Christmas and what better way to evoke the spirit of the season by experiencing the tastes and smells as young chefs make traditional and festive Holiday recipes. Cranberry-Apple Pie, Peppermint Patties and Cinnamon Cookies are just some of the delicious seasonal fayre that will be on the menu.
