Paw-Paw’s Pancakes are my favorite for breakfast! I got my recipe from my Great grandpa, Poppy!
He made the pancakes from scratch. I love making and eating Paw-Paw’s pancakes because, pancakes are easy to make and sometimes can get messy.
I love eating them because, the core of the pancakes are soft and soooooo fluffy!!!!!

Paw Paw's Pancakes
- 2 eggs, beat until fluffy
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- After beating eggs, combine remaining ingredients. (Let batter rest for about 10 minutes)
- Cook desired amount of pancakes and refrigerate leftover mix.
